The set-up for canteens and for collective catering, is based on a proposal carefully designed and developed in a careful and meticulous way. The offer of the menu, selected with the utmost attention and in line with the requirements contained in the specifications 10PIÙSANO® and 10PIÙEQUO® designed for a balanced diet, it is combined with the presence of consumer accessories from glasses, the plates and cutlery and trays are 100% biodegradable and compostable, and consequently after being used they can be collected and shredded on site, in order to ensure regular disposal in the wet supply chain together with the residues of meals. Together they create an ideal dough to create compost in a short time. Special machinery designed for this purpose is being built.
Among the peculiar characteristics of each of our canteen fittings there is precisely the availability of accessories that can be disposed of as organic waste: the reference is to dishes, forks, knives, spoons and glasses. They are all completely biodegradable elements, and as such non-polluting. These are accessories that are made with materials of different origins but united by compliance with the provisions of EN 13432. poi
The FSC certified cardboard and the Mater-Bi laminate with which the glasses are made are further confirmations of how the use of renewable sources is able to best meet all the needs in this sector, with 100% plant-based bioplastics. The residual fibers of sugar cane and corn starch are two examples of renewable sources that are used to give life to these products, certainly much more environmentally friendly and sustainable than the classic glasses and equally widespread disposable plastic cutlery. poi

The furnishings are 100% Green, the materials used are in triple wave cardboard, virgin, composed of cellulose, corn starch and peas or potato starch, all composed of natural products without the use of adhesives, chemicals or harmful substances (SVHC list). Our cardboard contains a natural resin that makes it moisture resistant, BFSV certified, and is built with interlocking system that allows the assembly and disassembly without the use of glues and tools. With the same materials, tables and chairs are made to be inserted inside canteens or catering facilities.
