For the next few years the commitment is to continue on this path of continuous improvement and therefore we will support the investments necessary to maintain and increase product and process certifications. We also plan to step up efforts to reduce Co2 emissions throughout the Food supply chain. In this way, we will contribute to achieving the UN’s 20/20/30 global millennium target. To achieve this, we have activated a collaboration with the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo.
